GEL WARRIOR CUP

Introducing the thrilling "Gel Warriors Cup"! Join our action-packed gelball league, featuring up to 6 teams of 3 players each, and open to participants aged 10 and over. Whether you're a kid, parent, or a mix of both, as long as you're over 10 years old, you're welcome to join the league.

Experience the excitement of multiple game modes designed to keep you on the edge of your seat. No long term commitment is required however, playing more games will put your team at an advantage. Don't worry, substitutes are allowed to ensure flexibility and accommodate any scheduling conflicts. Leagues II will run until the December school holidays.

 

Here are the notable adjustments we're introducing as we move into Season II:

We're revising the maximum FPS limit for this league, now set at 300FPS.
We're revolutionizing the team play dynamics. Initially, all teams will engage in a collective field play, transitioning into individual team skirmishes.
To provide a balanced opportunity for younger and less experienced players, teams might be paired for specific matches, with shared points. This aims to level the playing field and enhance their chances of participation.
Our fundamental objective in establishing this league was to introduce novices and newcomers to the captivating realm of gelball. Additionally, we aimed to enable parents to share the field with their children and relish the experience together. While we did extend an invitation to seasoned players, it was always with the intention that they would pass on their knowledge and expertise to the younger generation. Our intention was never to create a full-scale warzone. Our aspiration was to integrate players from adjacent fields into this league, with the ultimate goal of expanding its reach to other gelball venues. We intend to start season 2 on Friday 25th August from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. We wish all our teams the very best and hope you have a wonderful enjoyable time on our field. We enforce a maximum FPS of 300, allowing for single shot or short bursts only. To enhance safety even further, we recommend wearing protective clothing, masks and vests.

To secure your place, all players must be booked and paid at least 1 week prior to your attendance, along with a unique team name that reflects your spirit and camaraderie.

Second League session starts on Friday 25th August 2023 at 4:30pm running weekly.

Get ready for non-stop action as teams compete in 11 games per month (3 games per session), vying for points to secure a spot in the grand final showdown during December. Sessions run for 2 thrilling hours every Friday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

Participation in the Gel Warriors Cup League is priced at $35BYO entry per player per week, and limited rental packages will be available for hire for $25. Players wishing to book and pay each month in advance will be charged $30 BYO entry per session. Limited spots are available, so make sure to secure your place soon.
